I've a tiny old unused stone pigshed, each bay barely 10x6, and a fella approached me to rent it, to put bird of prey in for hunting, I've no idea what I'd charge him,for if there would be an arrangement that would be mutually beneficial, he seems decent, but of course he'd be accessing my yard etc. when he needed.
Just unsure how to approach this
    Anyone had anything similar?

I'd be contacting your insurer to see what the implications are, do you have public liability and would it cover a tenant.

I'll contact the insurer, I'm fairly sure I'm covered (I really should know this...)
I don't know the man, but a quick Google of him found him to be fella who's well respected in the training of birds, and I've met him a few times now and found him to be fairly solid. But sure that means nothin yet.
It's only 1 bird this year, but could perhaps lead to more. I'd be happy for the rental this year to cover the cost of a new door on the shed he's using! It's in ****e.
