I had to do about 3.5km of fencing this year so I started looking at posts. The best post I found were from McNamara fencing in mallow. German hard woods, kiln dried , cresouted. They will deliver by courier anywhere in the country. I am from mayo. Work is all done I am delighted with what I got . To honest I will get a pallet of the next year to do any-other I have to do. Anything else is a waste of money

Flynns in mulingar sell a good post, about €4.00 each for about 100 is what i pay, have some in the ground 20 years, maybe longer.
I think they're Balcas stakes, they're very like them anyway

    Were the McHugh posts treated?
Have done some sheep fencing recently with a bale of McHugh 3-4" (now you have me worried).
Have applied for the grant & was intending to buy the creosote posts, what did they say when you brought back the posts with the 15yr guarantee?
