I'm building a turf she'd out of 6 inch block, it's a lean 2 type shed, (not on to any other shed) I'm planning on going around 10 foot at the back and maybe 2 or 3 foot higher at the front it's a 25 by 25 shed, I have the foundation in, was wondering could a man go half way up with blocks, and put in a concreete beam around the top of the blocks with steel in it and bolt on something like box iron on to it and use that to run purl Ines on and sheet it half way down

Yes it can be done, needs to be designed properly, especially for wind load, given your location.

    We don't do design here:)

Is this a farm building or part of a domestic dwelling?

My dad has breeze blocks on one side for his turf shed and a small gap between the wall and upper cladding at the front to help with drying the turf out, may be worth doing.
