I am in the final stage of an interview process with a large multinational, however when asked about salary expectations I said 10k more on the final round than I did on my initial screening call. This was after hearing about long hours and working only with US. Has anyone any experience of something similar and can it work against me?

    Hey,

Generally no, at this stage you have gotten a good understanding of the business needs and its requirements so will better understand the pay you should be looking at.
You wont have this info at a screening call, so nothing wrong with it.
Just answer as you have here, you now know about hours etc.
If they want you they will pay for you!

    Good luck.
