Have you considered a tandem? You could get her to do all the hard work!

I have a yoke at home you can have. It's actually working fine but it's a very basic one, I got a new smart trainer at Christmas so it's only taking up space. Where you based?

Can i take the turbo trainer if Marty doesnt, a (dissabled) friend of mine is training to do the Dublin City Marathon in a recumbent trike and this would be perfect for him.

I'll hang on for Marty to see if there's any way of getting it to him but if that falls through then you're welcome to it.

Let macnab have it...I'd only be butchering it and if it's working and can help someone else that would be better use of it!
I'm thinking of making a set of rollers for her now instead!

Based in Trim, I have a tacx satori turbo. Bought in 2008, used for years but the last year it's started to rust a little. Can post picture later?

Have you tried using a pair of stabiliser wheels, they usually drop down low enough to get the rear wheel of a small kids bike off the ground.
