    Im just wondering what "appeal following grand of leave to appeal" means?
    Im not sure what fees would apply to me according to an bord pleanala.

    I'm not sure what a grand to appeal is personally.

    My guess it means grant.

    Could be up to €100,000, or even more, it depends

    If the OP had internet access

    Clearly i have internet access....
    This is the exact page that I found that brought me to my original question, where i found the "grant of leave to appeal".

    Im just wondering exactly what it means, and since its saturday... i cant phone them to ask.

    My guess would be that the appellant had not made an observation to the original planning and then sought leave to appeal which was granted and subsequently followed with said appeal.

    Can you give us a bit if context OP. Where did you find this?

    Are you the person who was granted the planning permission to start with. If so I would expect the person appealing to be a direct neighbour.
