Solar heating leaking

I am in this place. It's a large area blue above and green on the floor with black/grey going through it in places. That area has lots of traffic and gets a lot of use.

Problem is that the blue area has a large grey area and it's leaking there. I asked around and I was sent to this large building on top of a hill- one of the landlords places.

I went in there and got talking to a clerk (seems to be difficult to see the owner). He seemed very knowledgable and said that the leak would sort itself out, but that I should call back at least once a week for updates. He preferred if the visit was at the weekends, Saturday evening or Sunday morning. He didn't charge anything for his advice, but there was a large tip bowel at the door.

He seemed to fix it for a while but it's leaking again and that grey patch has returned. Maybe I didn't tip enough :(

It's an old place (the solar heated area) and some of the older occupants said that it used to work properly when they were younger and suggested that some of us were tinkering with it. Perhaps there is something in that. A lot if us have been using aerosols on the blue part but that seems to be only making it worse.

My opinion is that solar heating is a bit hit and miss here anyway and I will just have to put up with it. Meanwhile I have been calling to the house on the hill. Sometimes they sort it but mostly it just leaks again.

Any ideas? Should I look at moving and getting a different landlord? I am at my wits end ;)

    OK. :D:D

I was just having a laugh about the weather (otherwise I would cry). Blue sky with grey clouds leaking rain, Church on hill etc.

I get weird like that sometimes :o No mind altering substances involved.
