    Hi everyone!
Just wondering if anyone has some advice for me.
My stationary car was rear-ended recently and the person at fault was less than polite and refused to exchange information, then left the scene. I have photos of the license plate and discs which have expired in recent months.
It turns out my own car has little or no damage but I do have some pain following the jolt. Unfortunately I am a bad candidate for this type of accident as I have a number of ongoing back and shoulder issues.
So I'm wondering what happens if/when the other driver is traced? What if they deny ever being involved? I'm kicking myself that I didnt look for witness details at the time but I thought I was doing well to get some photos before the other driver took off. I reported it to guards soon after but I didnt find them to be all that interested.
Any idea what I do next?
    Thanks

BTW- I should clarify that my current question is what if driver is traced and denies all knowledge
