Quick question... I bought a new Powacaddy fw5 this week and used it today for the first time. Quick question...

I bought a new Powacaddy fw5 this week and used it today for the first time.

Unfortunately the plug and play battery kept losing connection anytime there was any bit of a bump on the pathway or grass.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Am doing something wrong?!

It'll be going back tomorrow. Very disappointed with it.
