    Hello,

We are thinking to buy the house in Blessington, we did some researches and we are generally happy with the area.
Just wanted to see how is it now with Antisocial behavior, i read some residents of Rockypool were forced to move out just because of that.
Are there any estates/areas we should avoid?

Any help and advice is more than welcome

Living in Woodleigh, can't comment on other estates. Woodleigh is OK but I wouldn't go anwhere near the big blue hangar 'Boom and Plant Hire' at the back of Woodleigh Grove. They turn up at any time between 5.30 in the morning and 11 o clock at night and make loads of noise, despite having a light industrial designation. most of the estate is rented now so good luck with any effort from the management company to combat this. Management company do the bare minimum, loads of houses not paying.
