For what youre looking for, the price is a bit on the low side for something decent.

You will struggle to get a 09/10 for 10k well you will get one that is either high mileage or needs a bit of work. Like you won't walk into any Audi garage and buy one that needs nothing and is in good condition for 10k. But if you look hard enough you will get one. You are leaving yourself tight if you are talking 10k all in as in buy it for 10k and spend no money on it.

I bought one last week for 11k and it needs about 2k spent on it to have it up to my standards mechanically and body work wise you could probably get away with spending 1k on it if you weren't overly fussed about fixing the body work and just done the major mechanical bits. But that's still 12k for a 2009 and I kind of consider it a good enough deal at that. If my budget was 10k all in with no wiggle room to cover buying the car and doing anything it needed I think I would have struggled to get one.
