    Hi, 

    Trying to sign up to MyEir but it is saying my details are incorrect. 

    I am paperless billing, direct debit so don't have a recent bill. The last place I can see my account number is on an old email from Eircom - I assume the account number did not change when you rebranded?

    Thank you for getting in touch :)

    Unless you have been migrated onto one of our new systems your account number would not have changed. 

    Can you PM me your account number please and I will look into this for you?
