getting no where with customer care by phone

    we have a sorry story ongoing for almost two years, each time we contact customer care we hope it will be the last.  I am hoping that someone here will help.  We have a problem with excessive KVA being charged for and I will explain pirvately and despite 2 successful applications to ESB networks to have the KVA  reduced we are still forking our up to €200 ex vat for 30KVA in a premises that uses less than €15.00 ext vat of electric units..

    Hoping someone will take this up
