WELFARE - casual worker cheque delay.

    Hi,

    I'm just wondering if anyone around Cork, Cobh if they get a payment through the post. If it has been delayed?

    I rang the welfare and they said a cheque was issued, but im still worried as it was due today 5.7.16 and its never late.

    I'm in the same position as yourself I was due my weekly payment by cheque today but never arrived in the post so u called down to my local office and was informed that there was a system error and that there was a delay of a day or so with the cheques and that I should receive it in the next couple of days . Hope that helps
