Cross Trainer for home

    Considering buying one of these but not sure what to get or where would be the best place to buy.
    The intention would be to be able to use it at home for 30/45 minute sessions 2/3 times a week.
    Hoping this would compliment my running/jogging.
    Any suggestions or recommendations appreciated.

    I had one at home before. And a treadmill. And an exercise bike.

    What I have found about home exercise equipment is that you use it a bit then it becomes a coat hanger. Ive given all of mine away over the years.

    Its generally cheaper to get a gym membership, then you have access to loads of different equipment and you can do a lot more.

    However, if your really sold on home equipment I recommend second hand on the likes of adverts.ie or new from Argos.

    Hi there,
    I have a cross trainer, that was rarely used & has become a coat hanger ! ! I am looking to get rid of it, as it's taking up space! Can Pm u details if you are interested in a second hand one. ...let me know.
