Amazon.com have a few copies. Bit of a bastard with it being an American site though

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000067IZN?pc_redir=T1&redirect=true&tag=theirisinfilm-20

Edit: and the price in general is a bastard, $150 for a dvd

I remember this film. Based on a true story where a Protestant mother married a catholic fella and her family were hounded and intimidated by the local Catholics for the crime of not wanting to raise the children as good Catholics.

Not a bad movie. Sir Davos of house Seaworth was in it.

Out of interest why would you be so keen to acquire this DVD? Were you an extra in it?????

Movie had a few 'dramatic' insertions e.g. burning hay barn. Maybe somebody sued and that is why it is hard to find.

Real Irish history always needs a bit of sexing up it seems. Remember the car bomb in Michael Collins. :-)

Saw it getting filmed at Rathmines library. Thought, they're all having too good a time for this movie to turn out well.
