    Hi, I'm a really really busy, not much time to spare person (trust me)
    I'm vegan and I walk at least an hour every day.
    My weight is fairly stationary...
    I'm intolerant to nuts and soy, pretty rubbish as a vegan but i get bad cramps if I eat them..
    Average day food: pea protein 200 calorie shake with hemp milk
    3 slices of soda bread with hummus (main meal)
    bowl of soup maybe or can of fruit..
    another protein shake maybe.

    I walk 30 minutes to work briskly in the morning and then 30 or more back, sometimes through town so longer than 30 mins.

    I have weights 2 x 3kg at work which I dont' honestly use and have heavier weights at home..
    I can only fit the gym in in the morning before work so it's tough and i don't keep it up when I start it..
    I've tried to start jogging but last week it rained really heavy so ended up turning back..

    This is kinda ongoing for the last 5 years.. never getting lower than 10stone.. when really i'd rather be 9 stone..

    current weight: 10 stone 4
    height 5'5
    Age: 39

    What is the best thing to do to lose weight without the least amount of effort that I can stick to? :/ Like I said, I don't have a lot of free time.

    Yes.. some days might have something other than soup in evenings .. like... today I had porridge. I eat most of the carton of hummos ... that's v filling

    Don't tell me to eat more because if I do I gain. I work out that's average day of 1700 calories.
    Soda bread is high calorie as is hummos
