My body isn't use to gym work. I have being going to the gym about 3 weeks now. Mostly 4-5 sessions a week.
I got a gym programme done up for building Muscle/losing fat.

I'm just wondering when you wake up in the morning and your body is aching you.
Is it ok to go and train them muscles again?
    And
Should you drink Protein on rest days?
    Thanks.

Depends. What is your program like? Are you splitting up body parts across days or doing the same thing every day?

It really depends on how sore you are.
My thighs were really killing me the other day from running and I knew I'd be useless in the gym so I took a rest day.
I was right as rain the following day.

    Listen to your body, OP.
If you feel really sore, take a rest day and go back the next day.
If you exercise sore muscles you could do yourself an injury as these muscles haven't had a chance to recuperate properly.

I can't answer your protein question as I don't use specialised protein products apart from what I eat normally.

Taking Whey protein is the same as eating chicken, eggs or whatever. It's just an easier way to get some protein in. It's not a magic muscle building shake your drinking.

OP, where did you get the program that had you doing the exact same thing 4/5 times a week?

Thank you for the contructive criticism. I'm a novice in the area as Ye can see.
I got the programme from one of the instructors at the gym I'm going too.

And it consists of the same exact workout 4-5 times a week?
That sounds like a less than ideal approach. Maybe the specific workout suits it, but it's unlikely.
