been refused maternity beneifit

    Hi guys my friend has just been turned down maternity benefit based on the fact she doesnt have enough contributions paid in the tax year,she currently just finished a job bridge scheme but theyre keeping her employed after her 26 weeks leave is up... is she entitled to any social welfare payment

    She's entitled to see the CWO and put her case across and she should do that at the earliest possible opportunity

    Is it that they will employ her when the baby is 6 months old? Of this is the case she could stay on her payment as long as she is still job seeking.
