Question regarding SM951 NVMe driver update

    Hey all,

On the official Samsung downloads page, they state that the NVMe driver update is only for the 950 PRO. However, people say to download this driver for the SM951 (and other SSDs) anyway to fix write speed issues associated with Windows' standard NVMe driver.
I was going to be buying a 256GB SM951 and Lycom DT120 to use as a PCIe SSD. If the driver is indeed only available for the 950 PRO (but I can't see why it would be, seeing as so many people say to download it for any M2 SSD being using in a PCIe slot), then that's an obvious issue for me.

    Thanks in advance guys. :)

Very specific query, you might be better off confirming wherever its already being discussed.

I've already asked on multiple other forums, even some subreddits, but still no answer... Couldn't really find any here either. :(
