    Just my two cents but...
I think you would have better luck and feedback asking in the aviation forum...

    Salary isn't great. It's about €350 a week.

Yeah I think you should get used to using the term "cabin crew"

There ? Where is there ? So all airlines are payed the same ? T&C's would vary from airline to airline.

    Ryanair and Aer Lingus

    Ryanair and Aer Lingus

Both T&C's are remarkably different as is the job, conditions, rosters and so on.

Also what about other airlines ? Emirates, Ethiad, Cityjet, BA. Those are all paying about 350 a week ?

As a matter of interest, what attracts you to this role?

Hi OP, I currently do this job and should you have any questions you feel free to PM me. Salary is not 350 a week, not where I work... but this will depend on your airline.
Your work revolves around a roster and can be unpredictable, but leave allowance(paid) is very generous where i work anyway.

Are cabin crew not assigned to more or less the same flight routes?
I noticed on a recent return flight from Berlin with Ryanair that it was the exact same cabin crew from the last time I took the same flight.

Short Anwser this this question is No !! Some airlines allow crew to bid types of trips, i.e earlies, lates, nightstops, longs, 4 sectors, domestic etc. But you are not assigned to a specific route
