    Hi all,

    Looking for some help here. I'm Working paying half the Montague along with my rent in another area. Ex lives in the family home with her two ADULT out of education off spring. we agreed a mediated separation agreement and she will not sign since August 2015.

    I have been refused free legal aid on the grounds of my disposable income but they do not take lots of costs into account, Food, Insurance other loans outstanding etc. etc.

    Family law solicitor wants 2.5k up front which I don't have nor can I borrow even though I have equity (Just cant get my hand on it)

    Choice is file the Court documents myself.

    What documents do I need to complete and where do I go?

    Help. going nuts
