Does anyone know if NUIG still offer a fee waiver for students who are transferring from biomedical science to undergraduate medicine after completing one year of biomed and repeating the Hpat?

I'm in the same situation and I don't think there is... Let me know if you get information though. Are you going into the 5 year course yeah?

I know that someone in my immediate family did first yr Dentistry and then got into Med and she didn't have to pay extra fees as she went into the 5 yr course. The Dent was counted as her year 1 or pre med. I'd imagine anyone going into 5 yr would be treated in same way. Not sure about people going into 6 yr or going from an unrelated type of course, but with 1 yr biomed you should definitely get into 5yr. She wrote to admissions before places in 5/6 were allocated and was given information about the fee waiver then as well as confirmation that she would be put in 5yr class.
