Does anyone how long in advance French ATC strikes are announced? There is one today and it seems like it was only publicised yesterday.

Due to travel to France next week so would like to know if there's a potential strike.

The question has been asked a lot recently a couple of threads at least in recent weeks... the advice I gave previous posters was just to monitor the social media of the airline you are flying with. Keep up to date with the news.. France 24 if you have sky is on 513... And other media outlets... if there is a strike the day you are due to travel it doesn't mean your flight will be cancelled although it is likley. Usually the strikes just see a seriously downsizing of the capacity of the number of aircraft that can operate... the airlines generally pick themselves what flights will and won't operate...

The airline won't cancel the flight until around the day before as they will wait until the last possible moment hoping for the strike to be called off thus causing minimal impact for them.
