    I know it's old but it's relevant.
Does anyone know of a legal definition of sporting rights..

I was interested when I read nonameranges comments about land owners who don't have the sporting rights but are getting permission via a section 42 in order to deal with damage.
Does anyone know of any real occurrences where this has actually happened?

And might it be conceivable that fox shooting might not actually be encompassed in the sporting rights. As you know the Garda guideline state that fox shooting is not a sport.. Afaik that's what it says..
