Combo Box with MHEG5

Does anyone know of a small form factor combo box that supports MHEG5? It seems to be something that's hard to find, it's for an elderly relative who wants UK and Irish Channels but loves the teletext. I know she can switch inputs but that's a pain! Many thanks
