Cardio. Too much?

I joined a gym two weeks ago and am loving it. Up out of bed every morning and straight into the gym. Can't imagine starting my day any different already.

I have 5 stone lost so far with about 3 more to go. I live right beside the gym, it takes literally 2 mins to get there. So my question is on a day like today when I've nothing to do and bad weather outside would it be ok to go into gym for cardio machines maybe 2 3 or even 4 times a day? Like is there any harm in it? I've so much energy constantly I don't know what to do with it.

Depends very much on the intensity, but unless you're feeling worn out or experiencing any pain you should be fine.

You risk burning out your interest, fair play on the weight loss but a sustainable timetable with long term goals would be much better.

Good resting periods are even more important than the workout.

You can lose weight without a gym membership.

Trainers will HATE you when they find out your secret! (It's a type of tea, shh!!)

If your finding yourself with nothing to do, you'd be as well off doing some mobility work as well rather than just cranking out the cardio all the time. It'd be more beneficial for your body and get you moving better.
