    Is the electrical tape on the downtube "cosmetic"?

    Yes. I taped over logos etc..

    Bike has done about 50-100km in total and is in perfect condition, despite what the paint would lead you to believe :)

    Never can be too sure.. I remember seeing a bike (had to be stolen) before being sold online, top tube cut through and duct taped over :eek:
