Damage to pvc door frame

Hi all, bit sure if I'm posting in the right place so apologies if not!

Basically it looks like we had an attempted break at our house today.

We were on the way home and my wife's phone rang with the automated voicemail that the alarm was going off, we got back and noticed that it looks like someone tried to jimmy the door open which triggered the alarm and in turn damaged the frame.

Its not huge (picture attached) but its unsightly so we don't want to leave it like that.

My question is, would a PVC installer be able to repair it / sand it down, etc or would it have to be replaced altogether?

Don't sand it anyway. The finish on white pvc is glossy. If you sand it it will destroy the finish. There are special pvc fillers, not cheap though. You might find it hard to get someone out for such a small job.
