Workout DVD for older people

    hi, just wondering,
    could anyone recommend a fitness/work out DVD for older people?

    Looking at something for my Mam, so 60+
    I think some of the ones out there might be a little too much for her and she might lose heart because it's difficult enough to motivate her at the best of times

    Leslie Sansone has a walk at home series which is great for all ages. Some are on YouTube if you want to check before buying. It's basically walking on the spot but she adds arm movements and kicks etc to liven it up. I've done the workouts and I'm fairly fit but it's definitely suitable for more elderly people too.

    Lots of jane Fondas old stuff is up on youtube.

    Or beachbodys Tai Cheng - I haven't done it yet but it's aimed at all ages.
