We have been using an estate agent in the area for a Leixlip managed apartment for a couple of years and find the service very poor. We don't live in the area and had agreed with the estate agent that they would conduct six-monthly house inspections and send us a report. I've been chasing them for over six months now and still no sign of last 2015 report. Generally, I find their communication and level of service poor, particularly when I want re-assurance that everything is in order.

With that, I was wondering if anyone can recommend a estate agent to manage an apartment in the Leixlip area?
