What did the vet say the first time he was out? Did she pass the full afterbirth or did the vet check her internally?

No signs of any internal tears,he just said that she was I'm pain and gave her shots?

Giving her shots for pain isn't much use if ye don't find the source of the pain! Same vet both times? If so I'd look for a different opinion.

It was two different vets but from the same practice,

Try her with a bit of ivy

Try her with everything, ivy works well, young ash, even lawn clippings from a field if you can get them. If she's drinking water you're not so bad.

Easy Kovu should the op dump their weekly rubbish at them altogether along with a chips cheese and garlic mayo?

You could try a bit of treacle poured over the best quality coarse ration you can get ..
Or a bit of molasses over some good hay !
As said before , ivy works very well

Often found here one with a hump on her back like that has retained afterbirth. Keep an eye on her that she doesn't try to push out her bed.

She needs energy after calving try to feed her sum oats, perhaps a Bottel of cal wouldn't do any harm either.

With those signs, you need a vet to identify the problem and institute the appropriate remedial treatment. Then she'll start to eat.
