    Hi,

We got an initial quote today from a mid-high end kitchen supplier. The sales guys told us that they used to do deals when people were waving cash in front of them but that they dont have the scope to discount off the price - but that they can reduce the spec. i.e. remove light fittings, cheaper materials etc.

The price is high but the quality is fantastic.

Is there any point haggling with these guys once the spec has been finalized or what have experiences been in this area?

    Thanks,
