BMW 530d estate - e39 v e61

    Looking at 2 530d estates on donedeal here. Both auto msport models but from different eras.

    e39 is 2003 and has 161k miles. Nice individual colour and wheels
    e61 is 2005 and has 112k miles. Very low mileage for year. Has panoramic sunroof and tax paid for the year so not much between the cars price wise with this taken into account.

    Both seem well maintained.

    On my second e39 at the moment. 525i saloon but could do with the load space and mileage is up to 15k a year so could do with getting back to diesel also.

    Undecided whether to change at all but any thoughts on pros cons between these 2?
