    Hi

How can you 'always go over' if you're 'not a big mobile phone user' - always go over what allowance? Your post is light on your requirements - how much data/voice/SMS do you use/need in a month? Do you need 4G?

If you're paying €55 p.m. it looks like you're on a subsidised phone plan, how long is remaining on that contract?

What is the name of the plan you are on? Their current plan for €55 gives unlimited everything so I don't see how you could be going over unless your ringing abroad or premium numbers ie. 1570 xxx xxx

Try running something like kill biller on your phone, will help you gauge the best options for you.

I'm on a plan with three - only very recently and am utterly confused.
its a €25 per month plan but have gone over to the tune of €91, now I really don't use the phone much to make calls or texts - and its unlimited data, plus I havent used much data according to the stats

is it a scam? and has anyone had a similar experience?

What does your bill say? I looked at 3's prices online, and they have a plan for 25.41 per month, which does include 3 calls, all you can eat data, and 100 flexi units.

Were you tethering, by any chance? Using your phone as a hotspot?

I did phone them and my bill wasnt available yet - he started calling out random phone numbers I had dialled - I wasnt questioning calls I had made but what was pushing up the charges - i think my bill wont be available for a bit longer but it all doesnt seem right - and you know calling them takes forever and then they just keep repeating a script, regardless of what you ask.

and ps - no I've never tethered

You can view your calls online, can't you?

I'll try that - although again every time I've tried to go to my online account its "not available right now" or words to that effect
having said that I've been phenomenally busy and not taken time to thoroughly check and go through all the rigmarole perhaps - at the same time I do wonder why its all so overly complicated

How do you know the price of your bill if you can't view it?
