    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Security deposits are only required of new customers if they choose not to pay by direct debit. They are returned to customers after six clear bills (or fourteen months).

    If you would like us to have a look at your account for you, please feel free to send us a private message with the following information:
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Your full name as it appears on your account
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
    If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.
