    What the verdict on these cars?
    Parents are looking at changing current motor to a 152 1.2 petrol DSG Yeti.
    Is the DSG box in the car/engine combo a good option & reliable?

    I know its looks are divisive but its got a good seating position and easy access in/out of car.

    I'll throw a link up to the car if needed.

    1.2 TSI + DQ200 is:
    * smooth
    * reasonably fast
    * economical

    Is it reliable? Well - that's the only dual clutch gearbox I wouldn't buy atm... :D

    My father has one and it a lovely car to drive, the gearbox suits the engine perfectly and gets on the power all the time. Its fairly economical too and has been completely reliable after two years. I haven't heard about any issues with that gearbox but others might know better.

    The Outdoor model looks much nicer than the standard models so try for one of those. They also had a standard opening full length sunroof until late 2015 so maybe look for one with one if you can
