Hi all, I'm starting on the medical bst in July after working in Australia for the year. I was wondering if anyone has any experience in getting this year to count on the payscale so that I can be paid as a second year SHO? Any advice would be appreciated!

Get letters from your medical HR department AND consultants before you leave. Former for payscales in return, latter for references.
