I done the <mod snip> course and thought it was brilliant.
It's from 9-12 and most of the day is looking at report writing, and a hour looking at the garda situations and if they are strong weak ect.
You also get online materiel which goes over the verbal and inductive reasoning.
think you get 4 mock tests in total for each. These were in the Saville format which was being tested as well. They also broke down the reason why something was correct and incorrect making it very easy to learn from your mistakes.
    I found it great.

Courses are good, but to be honest, you need to use them as part of a study plan. Use other sources for information, there's books on this to help you and other online courses for 40/50€ over time you'll get good at them.

I could not recommend <mod snip> enough. This company is, in my opinion, the best prep course provider for stages 1 to 3. I applied back in 2013 for the guards and didn't get through the stages, so I decided this time I'd go with them and I've been successful the whole way through the recruitment process. The course content , the teaching style, the material is all second to none.

I can honestly say I would not have gotten this far in the competition without the help of <mod snip>. Now the ball is in my court to continue through the final stage .

There are courses run on july 1/2 but this does not suit me. My test isnt until the 25th July so I guess there will surely be more days courses set up before then?

To be honest with you mate you should contact them and ask. They are very friendly and polite and from my experiences with them, they are top notch. I think they do courses very regularly anyway

    ''Job simulation questionnaire"

Hi guys. As some of you may know I failed the job simulation questionnaire at the assessment centre. Like many others I was devastated, but I'm still determined in my quest to become a member of AGS.

My question is in relation to any preparation material or resources that are available, either free online or through a preparation course? Do the preparation courses thoroughly cover the topic of the job simulation questionaire?

I realise that the replies to this message may be in breach of the forum carter and thus ask you to direct your responses to my inbox. :)

    Thank you!
