Car possibley clocked?

So i popped off to the car dealership today, test drived this lovely new car.. now coming down to pricing, they test drove my car (my car value would roughly be 6k€)and came back exterior being in mint condition, interior not so great possible compare it to miley cyrus's armpit hair.

Anyhow on we went to get the final qoute, where they completed a backround check on my car beforehand.

Of course the car came from the UK and back in 2008, the last history was 90k miles.
Then next piece of history documented was in 2013 where it read 56k miles (91k Km's)

With an instant i put my head in my hands and felt the extreme power of the red face, the dealership told me this is not going to be accepted as you would expect.

It was running through my head the whole day, until i remebered i had a NCT sheet where it had mileage written on it.
From 2012 the milage was somewhere around the 90k mark
    - i didnt purchase the car until 2013 where it was at 92 - 96k(ish) miles on the clock.

It distinctively says miles on the clock, but again i compared more nct sheets i had from start of 2015 (had 100k km documented) and at start of 2016 had recoreded (106k miles)

IS the dealership taking the piss out of me and too lazy to shift on my car, or is this the fault of the NCT crowd not being able to tell difference between miles & Kilometers.
Or should i just go back to the other dealership where i orignaly purchased my 3 year old car and flip out at them.

Granted there possibley might have been some messing going on between 2008 & 2012 as it looks fishy that only 1k (if this is a NCT error) miles got added, but cant say for sure whats the story there.

I suppose i should start with NCT, can you retrieve all past NCT documents that went through? and as this appears to be an NCT error can they fix this? are they responsible for the INMR tracking which documents the milage?

Or am i totally wrong in all of this and just accept i have a clocked car....

Get the uk reg of your car from the vehicle registration cert, you can check the uk history for free.

ya i got all the uk history, and some irish history

Currently whats displayed on the clock is 110k miles by the way (purchased in 2013 at mid 90kish miles)

    2013 - 57k miles (92k km's) INMR
    2013 - 56k miles (91k Km's) INMR
    *Nothing*
    2008 - 90k miles - UK
    2007 - 70k miles
    2007 - 63k miles
    2007 - 46k miles
    2007 - 44k miles
    2006 - 22k miles

No service history between it coming from the uk and you buying it?

    It's almost certainly clocked.

yes true.. most possibley there was messing going on between these years, but my question is..
is this INMR accurate, i mean when i bought car there was on the previous NCT sheet adviseing it was 90k miles documented in 2012 befoire the the 2013 which states it was 56k miles (91k km)

And where dose the INMR come from the NCT? can i get all the previous NCT results with all the milage's documented.

Regardless of the miles/km nct mix up or whatever, do you think the car sat idle for 4 years from when it came in from the uk?

I would disregard the 2 readings from 2013 as they can be very random.
Still, it's clearly clocked between having 90k miles on it in 08 and only having marginally more when you bought it years later.
There is surely at least 60 k miles missing I would assume.
