    Hi everyone
I'm hoping someone can give me some advice or point me in the right direction. I've started a new job about 2.5 months ago and now have been told there is a risk of redundancy, do I have any rights?
    Thanks all

You have absolutely no rights, unfortunately. You can be let go in the morning at a minutes notice. You have to be there 13 months iirc before you gain any rights.

    I surprised they said anything..
Its hard to call and may come down to who impresses best before the decision is made.. Since ye are both there such short time they can let either go with no need to worry about any process..

If I were the temp I'd probably feel more vournable :(
