Has anyone used the web site "holiday discount centre.ie"? Can you tell me if it is reliable please?

It claims to be a price comparison website though by the looks of it, it's just a portal for advertising various holidays. For any given holiday that you click on, you will be referred to a travel agent so you need to check them out before you make a firm booking and give your credit card number. The holidays are being provided by a mix of Irish and UK travel agents, the people who run that website don't want your money
