RTÉ Player Live Stream not working?

For the past two days there is no option to watch RTÉ 2 on the player. Is this just a technical difficulties or a rights issue because of the Euro's? On both my smart TV and Android app I can only access RTÉ1 and News.

Better suited in TV to broadband but...

No programme available

Though the mirror says:

RTÉ has confirmed that they have secured multi-platform broadcast rights for the UEFA European Championship in France next summer.

Next summer's championship will see the tournament expanded as 16-24 teams will kick off with 31-51 matches to be played.

The matches will be available across television, radio and online.

They sold 22 matches to TV3 so maybe thats it
