I'm on DSA and have a free travel pass but the picture on it is very blurry and its from a few years ago as a result bus drivers often have to have a second look at it. Is there anyway of getting the picture redone?

You have a paper pass? If you do then you just go to your local SW office and say you want to apply for a Public Services Card.
Bring your Pass and proof of residence( a household bill or bank statement or a letter from SW addressed to you).
