Before Christmas when sky put their prices up, part of the reason they used for putting the prices up was more content was coming, including the rte player, and I'm nearly sure they said it was going to be coming in January of this year.

I'm still checking every few days to see if it's there

Just to say, there's a line in an article on RTE's distribution strategy in the Sunday Independent today that says RTE Player will launch on Sky "in the coming weeks".

They have been saying that since the announcement last year

Jaysus! Took them long enough. I am admittedly a Sky fanboi but they really do move like molasses up a sandy hill!

I dont get why UTV Ireland player is pushed down the on demand list.

Why isnt it placed next to Tv3/Channel4?
