New Gardai Question?

I noticed a girl i know, on her facebook page during the week, who graduated as a new Gardai recruit.

This girl's brother is a drug dealer, weed mostly (and i know for a fact she knows, as she delivered to me on his behalf once or twice over the years)

My question, should I tell on her or keep it to myself and use it to my advantage if God forbid any family member ever got in trouble with said Gardai?

Ohh yeah. She'll be quaking at your evidence-free accusation, made from a person in trouble with the law. You'll get away with murder, no problem.

    Don't be a rat OP.

I say... Use your noggin :pac:
Don't say anything and live your life.
Let's be honest, you'd end up ratting on a guard which nothing will happen as there is no proof. So you really wanna make an enemy of a guard you know? :pac:

If you have an ounce of sense in that THC-addled noggin of yours, you'll keep your oar firmly out of it. :pac:

OP, you seriously need to get a life and a brain for that matter.

You really want to get on the bad side of a Garda?

Tell the drug dealer that his sister is now a guard.

Video his reaction and post it up here.

Think about that for a second..

You'll be accusing someone of selling drugs with no evidence while confessing that you purchased illegal drugs.

OP for a ton of reasons its better you keep your lips pursed

For your own safety and benefit, having an enemy is pointless. The drug dealer OR the guard. That's a pretty terrible combo to have no like you.

Secondly, this person has decided to try help society in what ever way her role requires.. overlooking a few passed indiscretions when she was not sworn to oath is well deserved. Nobody has NOT broke the law in some fashion. Let her do her job and keep you safe.

Thirdly, The crime is of no importance and doesnt help anyone in any way. Theres no gain to you or others in this matter other than filling an impulse.

Best not to consume gardai resources which are already stretched thinly.

We're kind of at a moment where there's not much going on at the moment... no dole threads , ISIS and Gerry "the Beard" Adams are both at the Euros , so all things considered it's not a bad thread.. bit of Facebookery, some drug stuff and Gardai baiting.

This. I can foresee nothing going wrong with attempting to blackmail a garda. It's LITERALLY foolproof.

Blackmailing a Guard who knows you use drugs? There is no way this can go wrong for you, no way at all.

send her an anonymous letter OP stating that you know about her previous dealings with drugs, and that you will you keep quiet as long as she clears all future criminal activity you will be engaging in.

first of I think you should stay out of it and don't snitch - but I'm not that surprised, I went to school with a few "characters" who ended up being Guards.

Then again every Guard I have ever dealt with has dead sound.
