wait time to add a QA to disability

    just wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to get a decision on a Qualified Adult being added to an existing disability allowance payment.

    If you have supplied payslips bank/credit union statements etc and IBAN then 3 weeks 4 tops

    they havent asked for anything like that just asked me to fill out a form with the persons name address and pps on it.

    If you are on DA and you want your partner to be considered your dependent then Longford will want the persons financial details ie bank statements payslips etc.
    Unless he/she is already on a means tested payment?

    thats ok , they will get back in touch with me so, they just leave you in the dark about whats happening or if anything is happening ðŸ˜႒ . thanks for ur reply

    Did you speak to Longford or just your local SW office?

    my partner downloaded and printed forms from the website and we went down to the doctor to sign his part and then posted it to the address in longford. so far have had zero communication.
