    Morning Folks,

Hoping to do the 3 Donedea Duathlons later this year, just wondering what the terrain is like for the bike.

Could I use a basic road bike, or is it more of an off road style event?

    Cheers.

Bike route is all roads... pretty rough surface in spots but it isn't an off road.

The run routes are on forest trail.. mix of tarmac, gravel and compacted muck.
