I am selling a house that I didn't pay the NPPR on, naively I thought it was for people with a second property not just people who didn't live in their home. I was staying with my disabled mother and let out my house for some of the time period. The bill is now over €7000!!
Is there anything I can do, what utility bills do the council accept or can I appeal etc.
    I'm sick, it's a huge amount of money that I can't afford.
    Thanks.
