    has anyone completed a JEB teachers diploma in ICT lately? and what job opportunites came from it?

    I did jeb diploma a few years ago still haven't got a job from it . . .

    From what I recall, it's primarily required for teaching with FAS/Solas or whatever they are called now.

    I don't think outside of that organisation anyone sees the value in it.

    I have been looking into doing this myself but I have a feeling it has been discontinued as everywhere I have rung have said they are not doing it anymore. Is there anywhere I can find this out from (teaching authority etc.)?

    In case anyone comes across this thread I asked around and this diploma has been cancelled and there isn't a replacement/alternative. It was run by a company called Pearson but they are not doing it anymore.
    If you google Pearson EDI JEB you will find out more.
